Five Shops Burgled at Khanamukh, Police Probe Underway

Unidentified burglars looted five shops at Khanamukh under Jalukbari police outpost on Sunday night. The thieves allegedly entered the shops by climbing onto rooftops and cutting tin sheets, as seen in CCTV footage recorded around 1:30 am.

Cash and valuables were stolen from the targeted establishments. Police have launched an investigation, though no arrests have been made so far. Local residents blamed inadequate night patrolling for the rise in such incidents.
