Five Youths Arrested for Burning BJP Flags in Dalgaon

Darrang Police have arrested five youths from Dalgaon in connection with the burning of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) flags following Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma’s rally. Acting on an FIR filed by Babul Chouhan, president of the party’s Kopati Mandal, the youths were remanded to judicial custody. Identified as Muktar Hussain Khalifa, Anar Hussain, Boga Haque, Hanif Ali, and Ainul Haque, they allegedly set fire to BJP flags near a petrol pump after demanding fuel for their bikes.
