Four Arrested for Murder Over Land Dispute in Lakhipur

Police in Lakhipur arrested four individuals for allegedly killing 71-year-old Luku Miyan over a land dispute in Jirighat.

The victim was reportedly shot in the leg, dragged, and beaten to death while at his paddy field. Acting swiftly, police arrested the accused the same night and seized firearms, ammunition, and mobile phones.

Investigation into the case is ongoing.
