Gauhati HC Allows Class IX Admissions in Govt Schools with Regular Attendance Rule

The Gauhati High Court ruled that students may take admission in Class IX in government schools after verification, but they must attend classes as regular students to appear in board exams. The order came while disposing of a petition challenging restrictions on private school students enrolling in government schools only for board examinations.
