Gauhati HC Upholds Assam Govt’s Decision on Torsa River Fishery

Society Ltd., argued that the respondent failed to submit the required fisherman certificate. However, the court ruled that the delay was due to administrative reasons and upheld the highest bid principle, favoring the respondent society.
