Gauhati High Court Commutes Death Sentence in Nandita Saikia Murder Case
The Gauhati High Court has commuted the death sentence of Rintu Sarma, convicted for the 2021 murder of Moridhal College student Nandita Saikia in Dhemaji, to life imprisonment while upholding his conviction.
