Gauhati High Court Defers Bail Hearing of Two Accused in Zubeen Garg Death Case

Guwahati: The Gauhati High Court on Wednesday deferred the hearing on the bail petitions filed by Sandipon Garg and Amritprabha Mahanta, two accused in the Zubeen Garg death case, granting them no immediate relief.

Justice Mitali Thakuria fixed September 17 as the next date for hearing. The two accused had moved the High Court after their bail pleas were earlier rejected by a fast-track court.
