Gauhati University Clarifies Campus Restrictions

Gauhati University addressed concerns over new campus rules like restricted entry, performance bans, and no video shooting. Registrar Prof Utpal Sarma said these were security measures ahead of the 32nd Convocation, which was to be attended by the President. Though the visit was postponed, the rules remain due to ongoing security protocols.
