Gauhati University Launches GUICE for Competitive Exam Preparation

Gauhati University has introduced the GU Initiative for Competitive Examinations (GUICE) to prepare students for exams like UPSC, ACS, SSC-CGL, banking, GATE, and more.

The one-year program offers two courses:

• Professional Course (60 seats) for UPSC/APSC at ₹35,000, with limited merit-cum-means scholarships and accommodation.
• Foundation Course (100 seats) for other competitive exams at ₹20,000, with no scholarships.

SC, ST, and OBC candidates will be admitted as per quota norms. The last date for registration is December 20, 2024.
