Gauhati University Signs MoU with NIELIT for Technology Courses

Gauhati University (GU) and the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) have signed an MoU to offer modern technology courses to GU students. The agreement was signed in the presence of Minister Pijush Hazarika, GU Vice-Chancellor Nanigopal Mahanta, and NIELIT’s director. Additionally, Minister Hazarika reviewed ongoing efforts to prevent artificial floods on the GU campus and instructed the Water Resources Department to expedite the work and explore long-term solutions.
