Gaurav Gogoi Seeks MEA Probe Into Zubeen Garg’s Death in Singapore

APCC chief Gaurav Gogoi has written to External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar seeking a detailed investigation into singer Zubeen Garg’s death during the North East India Festival in Singapore.
Gogoi cited the Assam Chief Minister’s statement claiming the death was murder and raised concerns over an accused allegedly linked to the festival organisers and MEA-funded projects. He also questioned why the event continued despite the tragedy and urged full transparency and justice.
