GMC Renames Rajiv Gandhi Path as Maniram Dewan Path

The Guwahati Municipal Corporation has officially renamed Rajiv Gandhi Path as Maniram Dewan Path after completing all formalities and receiving no public objections. The road, stretching from Jyotikuchi to ISBT Maniram Dewan Trade Centre in Ward No. 22, has been renamed in honour of Assamese freedom fighter and tea pioneer Maniram Dewan.
