GU Vice-Chancellor Stresses Continuous Learning for Educators

Gauhati University Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Nani Gopal Mahanta, emphasized the importance of continuous learning and professional development for educators during the inauguration of a week-long online Faculty Development Programme at the UGC-Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre.

With 70+ participants nationwide, the program focuses on outcome-based education (OBE) to bridge academic and industry gaps. It includes expert sessions, workshops, and discussions on curriculum development, experiential learning, and technology integration, promoting innovation and lifelong learning.
