Guwahati Police Seize 262g of Heroin, Arrest One Suspect

The East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) team from Jorabat OP intercepted a car on Saturday morning and recovered 262g of suspected heroin. Acting on an intelligence report, the police found 19 soap cases containing the drug hidden in the vehicle. A 45-year-old man, Sulatan Ahmed Laskar from Sonai, was arrested in connection with the seizure.
