Husband Detained After Woman’s Suspicious Death in Guwahati

A young woman, Shruti Rai, died under suspicious circumstances in Guwahati, prompting a police investigation.

Police from Odalbakra detained her husband, Rupak Sen, following allegations that he had poisoned her. However, Sen denied the accusations, claiming his wife had been ill for several days and died while undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
