Illegal Liquor Consignment Seized Near Jorabat, Two Arrested

Guwahati police seized 66 cartons of illegal liquor near Jorabat along the Assam–Meghalaya border during an operation by Basistha Police.

A Bolero vehicle carrying the contraband was intercepted based on intelligence inputs. Two individuals, Azibur Rahman and Basanta Das, were arrested and taken into custody for investigation.
