IMD Issues Orange Alert for Assam Amid Heavy Rain Forecast
IMD has forecast moderate rain and thunderstorms across Assam till June 22, with an orange alert issued for that day. Isolated areas may see heavy to very heavy rain with lightning. Udaipur in Tinsukia recorded the highest rainfall at 8 cm in the last 24 hours.
