In Assam, 97% of students took part in the first phase of Gunotsav

97.68 percent of students from 5,816 schools across 11 districts took part in Gunotsav, which got underway on January 3. There were 5,18,081 pupils present on the first day of Gunotsav across 11 districts. 5,817 schools were the target, and 5,816 schools participated, according to data from the School Education Department. 5,18,081 students participated out of the 5,30,387 target number of students. The percentage of participants is 97.68. There were 60 officers and 6,429 external evaluators present on the first day.
