JAFA Achievers Award conferred by the Journalists Association for Assam

On Saturday, the winners of various categories received the JAFA Achievers Award for 2023–2024 from the Journalists Association for Assam.

Atul Bora, the minister of agriculture, Naba Kumar Saraniya, a member of parliament for the Lok Sabha, Surjya Kanta Hazarika, president of Axam Xahitya Xabha (AXX), Pranoy Bordoloi, senior journalist, Sanjib Kumar Phukan, Naren Hazarika, Abhideep Choudhury, president of JAFA, secretary Kunja Mohan Rai, working president of APCU and senior reporter of The Sentinel, Mousamjyoti Baishya, joint director of DIPR, RSS leader Sankar Das, and many other dignitaries were in attendance at the award function ceremony, which was held at the PWD Convention and Training Centre, Dispur, Guwahati.
