In Guwahati, a man beats his wife to death

In Dopota, Khetri, on Tuesday night, a woman lost her life after her husband, Hiteshwar Das, beat her to death while intoxicated during an argument.

Sources claim that the woman is known as Dipti Das. After an argument over a disagreement, the husband hit his wife while intoxicated, causing injuries to her. Dipti Boro’s daughter brought her to the hospital where she was treated; however, upon returning home, Dipti Boro passed away.

Hiteshwar Das fled the scene of the crime. The Khetri Police arrived at the scene and began their investigation after receiving information.
