Winter special trains by N.F. Railway to reduce passenger rush

An attempt has been made to alleviate the increased congestion for passengers during the winter months by operating a winter special train between Kolkata and New Coochbehar for a single journey in each direction, departing on December 22 from Kolkata and December 24 from New Coochbehar.
