India Tightens Airport Security After Pahalgam Attack

Following the Pahalgam attack, the Indian government has enforced top-level security at all civil aviation facilities. The BCAS has mandated enhanced checks, including secondary pre-boarding screenings, ID verification, restricted terminal access, and operational CCTV monitoring. Air marshals and vehicle checks will be intensified to prevent any untoward incidents.
