Judicial Commission to Probe Zubeen Garg’s Death

CM Himanta Biswa Sarma announced a judicial commission, led by Justice Soumitra Saikia, to investigate singer Zubeen Garg’s death. He urged anyone with information to depose before the panel. Zubeen died in Singapore on September 19. Meanwhile, ED and I-T may join CID’s probe into financial scams linked to event manager Shyamkanu Mahanta, also accused in the case.
