Kamrup Metro DC Stresses Flood Prevention at Review Meeting

A District Development Committee review meeting was held at the District Commissioner’s office in Guwahati on Thursday under the chairmanship of Swapneel Paul.

During the meeting, officials from various departments reviewed the progress of government schemes, while the DC directed departments to ensure timely implementation and submission of reports.

Special focus was given to flood prevention, with the DC instructing departments to take advance measures to tackle urban flooding and waterlogging in the city.
