Kamrup Metro Reviews Preparations for NEET UG 2026

Ahead of the NEET (UG) 2026 examination on May 3, a preparedness meeting was held in Guwahati under the chairmanship of the Kamrup Metropolitan District Commissioner.

Officials from all 17 examination centres attended the meeting, where discussions focused on exam-day arrangements, security measures and staff deployment.

Authorities directed strict anti-malpractice measures, including frisking, biometric verification, CCTV surveillance and signal jammers. Special arrangements were also planned for PwBD candidates.
