Kaziranga Steps Up Flood Preparedness to Protect Wildlife

Kaziranga: As water levels continue to rise in Assam, authorities at Kaziranga National Park have intensified flood preparedness to protect wildlife. Forest personnel, including women guards, are conducting round-the-clock patrols in key animal corridors to ensure safe movement of animals and prevent accidents or poaching. The forest department has also urged motorists to follow speed limits on highways passing through wildlife corridors during the monsoon season.
