Large Cache of Arms Seized Near Assam-Nagaland Border

In a coordinated operation on Wednesday, Assam’s Special Task Force (STF), local police, and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) intercepted a vehicle near the Assam-Nagaland border in Karbi Anglong, recovering a large cache of arms and ammunition. Acting on an STF tip-off, the operation involved personnel from the Lahorijaan Police Post, Dillii Police Station, the 1st Assam Police Commando Battalion, and the A/20 Battalion CRPF, led by Ravi Gill and supervised by SDPO Bokajan. The meticulous search at Lahorijan PP Naka point led to the significant seizure.
