Liquor Shops in Guwahati Get Extended Hours

The Assam Excise Department has extended liquor shop hours in Guwahati. IMFL OFF shops can now stay open till 11 PM, while bars and restaurants (IMFL ON) can operate till 12:30 AM. The change, effective immediately, aims to boost nightlife and tourism. Other parts of Assam will follow existing liquor timings.
