Man Found Hanging in Tea Garden, Locals Allege Murder

A tense situation arose in Kondali Tea Estate on Tuesday after a man, Kamal Deuri (40), was found hanging in the garden. While the incident appears to be a suicide, locals allege he was murdered. According to local reports, Deuri was beaten to death by Ajit Tanti and Kartik Tanti following a complaint that he had teased a girl in the area. After being tortured on Wednesday, Deuri was abandoned in the garden and subsequently went missing. His body was discovered hanging from a tree on Tuesday morning.

The police, responding to a call, examined the scene and sent the body for an autopsy to determine the cause of death. Despite local allegations of murder, the official cause will be clarified after the autopsy report. Authorities have initiated a search operation to apprehend the suspects, Ajit and Kartik Tanti.
