Man Kills Wife, Flees with Child; Held in Nagaon

Dimbeswar Gogoi allegedly strangled his wife, Ramala Konwar, at their Kathiatoli home in Nagaon and fled with their 5-year-old child. Police found the body locked inside the house on Wednesday night. Gogoi was arrested in Bokakhat on Thursday and confessed to the crime, citing marital issues. The body was sent for post-mortem as the investigation continues.
