Man Kills Wife in Guwahati, Surrenders to Police

A shocking murder took place in Guwahati’s Ulubari on Sunday, where Rubul Sarma killed his wife with an iron rod over suspicions of an extramarital affair. He later surrendered at Paltan Bazar Police Station. The couple had a two-year-old daughter, and the victim’s family was present during the incident. Police, along with CID and forensic teams, are investigating. The victim’s body has been sent for post-mortem, and the accused remains in custody.
