Manoj Bajpayee Says Hindi Cinema Has Used Only 25% of His Acting Talent

Actor Manoj Bajpayee has criticised Hindi cinema for stereotyping actors and limiting their potential by repeatedly casting them in similar roles. Speaking during the promotion of his Netflix film Gajab Raat, Bajpayee said he believes only 25 per cent of his acting abilities have been utilised, while many talented performers have gone unrecognised.

Bajpayee also highlighted the positive impact of OTT platforms, saying they have created better opportunities for actors to showcase their talent. Gajab Raat, featuring Nushrratt Bharuccha, Saqib Saleem, Divya Dutta and others alongside Bajpayee, is streaming on Netflix.
