Minister Keshab Mahanta inaugurates the NIC Assam District Conclave

On Friday, Assam Information Technology Minister Keshab Mahanta inaugurated the NIC Assam District Conclave for District Governance at the Assam Administrative Staff College in the presence of Chief Secretary Paban Kumar Borthakur, Additional Chief Secretary Avinash Joshi, and DDG and SIO, NIC Assam Kabita Roy Das. The conclave was attended by all NIC district and state officials.
