Minor Couple Forced into Sexual Acts at Borjhora Waterfall in Assam: Five Arrested

In a disturbing incident near Borjhora waterfall in Assam’s Bongaigaon district, a minor couple was coerced by miscreants to strip and engage in sexual acts. The perpetrators recorded the incident and circulated the video on various platforms. The boy was also sent to an ATM to withdraw money during the ordeal. After receiving the obscene video, the police launched an investigation and apprehended five individuals involved in the crime. The accused have been identified as Biraj Rabha, Sunit Rabha, Sebo Sarkar, Dalim Barman, and Jiren Sarkar. The case has been registered under relevant sections of the POCSO Act and the IT Act1.
