Mother and Daughter Critically Injured in Speeding Tractor Accident

A speeding tractor struck a mother and her seven-year-old daughter in Charaldanga, Dhubri, while they were bathing near a hand pump outside their home. Both sustained critical injuries and were rushed to Gauripur Popular Nursing Home.

The tractor, allegedly owned by Abu Hanif, an assistant to the local MLA, sparked public outrage. Protests erupted at the accident site, accusing authorities of negligence. Police intervened to control tensions and launched an investigation into the incident.
