Mystery Surrounds Death of Tea Garden Worker Found in Reservoir

In a tragic discovery, the body of Nibash Balmik Das (26), a casual employee of Pathini Tea Estate, was found in the Pathini Tea Garden under the Patherkandi circle of Karimganj district. Nibash had been missing since May 13, and his body was spotted floating in a reservoir by a laborer on Tuesday. Local police, upon notification, swiftly responded, and with the assistance of locals, retrieved the body for postmortem examination. However, the circumstances leading to Nibash’s death remain shrouded in mystery.
