OIL Showcases Record Growth, Green Energy Push at 66th AGM

At its 66th AGM, Oil India Ltd reported record oil and gas production in FY25 and strong profits of ₹7,040 crore (consolidated). Chairman Dr Ranjit Rath highlighted PM Modi’s inauguration of the world’s first bamboo-based 2G bio-ethanol plant and the foundation stone for a ₹7,000 crore polypropylene project at Numaligarh. OIL reaffirmed its Net Zero 2040 target, with major strides in renewables, biofuels, green hydrogen, and sustainable aviation fuel.
