One Held After STF Assam Seizes a Suspected Heroin in a Guwahati

During a raid in Guwahati by the Assam Police’s special task team (STF), over 16 grammes of suspected heroin were found on one of the people arrested, according to authorities.

As per authorities, the drug dealer was stopped at Beltola Bazar with vehicle registration AS 03 T 0423, which is within the jurisdiction of Basistha Police Station in Guwahati.

the officials claimed 16.9 grammes of suspected heroin in 13 vials were taken from him, adding that the operation was conducted at approximately 9 p.m. based on specific information.
