PM Modi Assures Full Support as Assam Floods Affect Over 5.35 Lakh People

PM Modi called CM Himanta Biswa Sarma to review Assam’s worsening flood crisis and assured full central support. Over 5.35 lakh people in 22 districts are affected. One more death and two missing persons were reported. Several rivers, including the Brahmaputra, are above danger levels. Relief efforts continue as rain persists.
