Prohibitory Orders in Dibrugarh for APSC Exam

Dibrugarh administration has enforced strict prohibitory orders ahead of the APSC Prelims on June 8, 2025. Section 163 of BNSS, 2023, restricts gatherings within 100 metres of exam centres. Only candidates with admit cards and authorised personnel are allowed. Ban includes mobile phones, shops, rallies, and parking near venues. Violations will face action under Section 223 of BNS, 2023.
