Section 163 BNSS Imposed in Kokrajhar Following Gang Rape Incident

In response to the alleged gang rape of two minors in Kokrajhar, District Magistrate PK Dwivedi has enforced Section 163 BNSS to prevent any potential unrest. The order restricts public gatherings, demonstrations, processions, and unauthorized assemblies, while prohibiting extortion, carrying weapons, and using loudspeakers without permission.
