Supreme Court Issues Notice to Rahul Gandhi, Kharge and Others Over Court March

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday issued notices to Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, Akhilesh Yadav and others over their October 12 march to the court concerning alleged SIR irregularities. Chief Justice Surya Kant asserted that nobody could intimidate the judiciary.

The petition, filed by four advocates, alleged attempts to pressure the judiciary and sought contempt action against the Kerala Congress unit over remarks against the CJI. However, the bench declined to issue notice on the contempt plea.
