Three arrested in Hailakandi for allegedly assaulting Maulana

Three people were taken into custody by police in Hailakandi, Assam, for allegedly assaulting a Maulana.

Within 24 hours of the incident, all three of the accused were taken into custody by the police. The three people who were taken into custody are residents of the town of Hailakandi and are identified as Kamrul Alom Choudhury (26), Jakaria Jaman Laskar (30), and Nurul Huda Choudhury (39).
