Two Arrested in Guwahati Mobile Shop Burglary

Basistha Police arrested Rabin Ali (22) and Jahidul Islam (25) during a night patrol for a mobile shop burglary in Guwahati’s Lakhtokia area. The suspects, caught at Paltan Bazaar Railway Station and near Dhirenpur FRU, possessed 29 stolen mobile phones (including three iPhones), 15 AirPods, burglary tools, and a black bag. Both admitted to the crime, and further investigations are underway.
