Two Killed, One Injured in Chaygaon Road Accident

A fatal accident in Chaygaon, Kamrup district, claimed the lives of Samiran Das and Hirakjyoti Das after two motorcycles collided head-on. Another rider, Pritam Talukdar, sustained critical injuries and was hospitalized. The impact caused both bikes to catch fire, requiring fire tenders to control the blaze.

In a similar incident last year, two cousins, Rakesh Das and Paraweshwar Deka, lost their lives in a motorcycle collision atop the Ulubari flyover in Guwahati. Two others were critically injured and rushed to GMCH. Eyewitnesses blamed speeding for the accident.
