Dibrugarh University to Introduce Japanese Language Course

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma announced that Dibrugarh University will introduce a Japanese language course from the next academic year. The initiative follows a Japan Caravan event organized by the Japan Foundation.

The university signed an MoU with Mirai Japanese Learning Center, which offers 100% placement in Japanese firms. This move aims to enhance job opportunities for students in Japan. Additionally, Dibrugarh University launched a one-year Korean language certificate course in collaboration with WFC, Sejong, in 2023.
