Two School Staff Arrested in Sikkim for Misconduct with Minor Girl

A computer teacher and non-teaching staff in Pakyong, Sikkim, were arrested for alleged misconduct with a 13-year-old student. The girl reported inappropriate messages and behavior. FIRs were filed under POCSO Act and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Both accused are in police custody. Investigation is ongoing.
