ULFA(I) Cadres Enter India; Kokrajhar Blast Linked to Lone Wolf Attack

Around 20 ULFA(I) militants reportedly entered India from Myanmar, splitting into two groups. One group attacked an army camp in Kakopathar, leading to a firefight that killed cadre Abhikeswar Moran. Security along the Assam–Arunachal border has been tightened as 10 members remain in hiding. Meanwhile, police believe the Kokrajhar railway blast was a lone wolf attack, likely carried out by a former Adivasi militant linked to Maoists in Jharkhand.
