Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan Engages with Assam Tea Garden Workers

Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan visited Bokakhat, Assam, and met tea garden workers, highlighting government welfare schemes under PM Modi and CM Sarma. He praised the Lakhpati Didi initiative for empowering women and stressed direct engagement for effective policymaking. Chouhan also began his Northeast tour on May 15, virtually inaugurating key facilities in Mizoram.
