Voting Underway for Guwahati Press Club Election

The Guwahati Press Club election is being held today, with over 1,100 journalists voting to elect a new executive committee. Ranjita Rabha and Pradip Barman have been elected unopposed as Vice Presidents. Twenty candidates are contesting for eight remaining posts, including President and General Secretary. Voting began at 8 AM in a peaceful atmosphere, and results will be declared later today.
